Terms and Conditions and Camping Park Rules

Arrival and Departure

• Check in at reception between noon and 5pm unless by prior arrangement.
• Under no circumstances will we accept arrivals after dark
• Please clearly display the welcome sheet issued to you on arrival in your windscreen.
• Check out is by 11am on the day of departure. Please remove any tent pegs or anchors.

Payments

• A non refundable deposit representing 30% of the total cost of the reservation is taken at the time of booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.
• If the booking is made within 28 days of arrival then the total amount is due and is non refundable.
• Regretfully no refunds given for inclement weather.
• Payment is by Visa or MasterCard.
• Online bookings incur a £2.00 booking fee.

During your Stay

• Maximum number of dogs per pitch – 2.
• Maximum number of cars per pitch – 1 Additional car can be parked in the reception car park at a cost of £3.00 per day
• For the safety of our guests the speed limit on the entire site is 5mph.
• The park reserve the right to alter your selected pitch if necessary.
• Dogs to be kept on a short lead at all times and never to be left unattended.
• Owners must clear up after their dogs and use the Fido bins provided.
• Camp fires prohibited.
• No large parties please, maximum number of visitors per pitch – 6. No stag or hen parties.
• Strictly no gazebos.
• No commercial vehicles allowed on the park.
• BBQ’s to be raised off the grass please and ensure responsible disposal when cold.
• For the enjoyment of our guests we ask for quiet from 11pm.
• All children under 12 to be supervised in the shower and laundry blocks.
• Please, no washing to be hung outside your tent, tourer or motorhome.
• Access to the camping site is restricted to those on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests should be signed in at reception on the day of their arrival.
• Refuse should be placed in the refuse area and placed in the appropriate bins.  Cold BBQ ashes only please.
